**HR Officer**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer. This role will be working within a well-established company that encourages and invests in staff to develop new skills and experience.
As the appointed HR Officer you will need to provide professional support to the HR Managers and other senior HR staff. You will be hands-on and pro-active in your approach with a clear drive and motivation to deliver the best human resource service to otherdepartments within the company. You will be a great communicator and be comfortable engaging with a range of internal & external stakeholders.
**The role**
- Deliver HR advice within specialist areas to clients and employees.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures and ensure these are followed
- Be the first point of contact for employee relation matters
- Oversee administrative activities and ensure they are completed to a high standard
- Analyse workforce data, ensuring this is up to date for HR managers to make informed, correct decisions.
- Deliver training and advice for employees and managers
- Attend HR meetings and provide solid advice during
- this may also be off site at times

**Requirements**:

- Hold a CIPD qualification and have the aspiration to continue your studies
- Have working experience with specialist areas including TUPE, WPMP, grievances, equal opportunity, job evaluation etc.
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Confident and familiar with using computerised HR systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a variety of stake holders and service users
- Ability and proven experience in developing policies and procedures
