**Job Title**: Front of House Team

**Salary**:Up to £9.50ph + Tips + Benefits.

As a Front of House team member, our customers are in your hands. You will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying beverages.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

The Joshua Bradley is a premium pub and events venue located in a beautifully restored mansion house, with its own large, picturesque gardens. Open every day from noon through until 11pm, hosting a wide variety of guests from near and far. We offer everything from a cosy drink by the fire and relaxing family meals to all day weddings of 100+ guests. Our food menus are full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, whilst the bar is well-stocked including Hydes cask ales, fine wines, and gin to suit every taste.
