**Cura Support Services are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Kidderminster.**

We work closely with our clients and listen closely to their needs to ensure we only match the most suitable Healthcare Assistant to their shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care to patients following appropriate guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support patients with daily activities in a care home or home care environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Use Manual Handling equipment safely
- Assist in food & drink preparation and assist in feeding resident's their meals
- Provide physical & emotional support
- General housekeeping responsibilities
- Promote independence where possible
- Other duties when needed/asked

You will be delivering care to vulnerable adults who live with a variety of different health, medical & mental health condtions. You must be patient, empathetic, respectful at all times during your shift.


**Requirements**:

- a minimum of 6 months UK care expereince
- valid Right To Work in the UK
- Excellent English speaking, listening & writing skills.
- full driving licence and access to a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.80 per hour
