We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative Teaching Assistant from November 2025. The part-time post (3 days a week) will be based in Upper KS2 for this academic year.

Under the direction of the Head of Prep, the Teaching Assistant will provide support to the pupils in both the curriculum and pastorally, helping to raise standards by ensuring high expectations are set and adhered to. It will provide support to the teacher by supervising particular activities or groups and general admin support.

The role will report to the Head of Prep.

**Hours**: The hours are 23.5 hours per week working from 7.45am to 4pm on a Wednesday and Thursday and from 7.45am to 5.45pm on a Friday, with one hour’s unpaid break each day. The position is term time only plus Inset days.

**Salary**: The salary scale for this role is Point 16 to Point 19 This equates to an actual pay range of £12,594 pa to £13,144 pa. The full-time equivalent range is £24,871 pa to £25,956 pa.
