**What you will receive as a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor**:

**What we need from you as a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor**:
**. **Full UK driving licence and be willing to use own vehicle at times (must have or be willing to have business insurance)
- Team Player, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Ability to lead a team of 5- 15 people.

.Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Motivate and train the team in line with company values
- Deliver first class customer service to our customers
- People who are able to be away from home up to 4 nights a week (Sun-Thurs)
- Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night.
- Ability to work within a team/ use your own initiative.

**RGIS **are hiring now with Immediate starts available.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.75 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
