To get where we are going, we have an exciting new opportunity for a** Team Support Assistant. **In this newly created role you will provide administrative support and resource to the Head of HSE and the HSE team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diary management, coordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences (internal and external).
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements and planning itineraries as required.
- Produce documents, presentations and print to Executive meeting standards.
- Respond to routine requests for information and refer more complex requests as appropriate.
- Attend meetings and take minutes and oversight of actions as required.
- Maintain and monitor departmental budgets ensuring prompt and accurate payment of invoices and expenses.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong Microsoft office experience and knowledge including PowerPoint and MS Forms.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills and to continually develop the role.
**Please note that in this role you will be required to work from our Windsor office as and when required each week.**
