Woodcock Notary Public is a trusted provider of notarial and legal support services across the UK. With a reputation for professionalism, efficiency, and a client-focused approach, our Manchester office is now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.

**The Role**

As a Legal Admin Assistant, you’ll support our Notary Public team in delivering high-quality service to individual and corporate clients. Your role will be varied and essential to the smooth operation of the office.

**Days/Hours Required**

Mondays and Thursdays / 9am-5pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting clients and providing excellent front-of-house service
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client records and ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols
- Coordinating document collection, dispatch, and courier arrangements
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to notarisation and legalisation processes

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience in an office-based environment
- Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks efficiently
- Competent in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office

Previous experience in a legal or notary environment is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week
