**Private Client Fee-Earner | Weymouth | Full Time | Hours of work are 9am - 5pm**

Nantes Solicitors are recruiting a fee-earner to be part of our growing, dynamic, and friendly Private Client team.In this role, you will provide advice and representation to our clients, and take responsibility for client matters under your supervision,whilst always maintaining the high standards of the firm.

You will be required to conduct home visits and work in our other offices, therefore a car is essential.

**What will your role look like?**
- Taking instructions, drafting and executing wills
- Taking instructions, drafting, attending to signing and registering LPAs together with all associated correspondence
- Assistance in the administration of estates; and with the management of financial affairs for clients where the firm acts as Attorney or Deputy
- Advise and represent clients in legal matters
- Dealing with a variety of problems and tasks that occur, some of which can be resolved quickly, others which need more consideration and planning
- Dealing with client matters from file opening to file closing, ensuring that the firm’s procedures are followed and standards maintained, seeking advice or assistance from Directors or Supervisors as required
- Proper maintenance of client matters and files as required by the firm’s Quality and Risk Management System
- Contributing to the growth and development of your department
- To be proactive in respect of training/CPD and to ensure requirements are met
- To keep up to date with changes in relevant areas of practice and any wider formal guidelines relating to the practice
- Complying at all times with the detailed procedures contained in the firm’s Quality and Risk Management System
- Any other duties which from time to time may reasonably be required by the firm
