**What would I be doing?**
- Communicate with Retail Operation Coordinator
- Follow delivery timetable
- Assist the Shops Driver
- Drive Octavia’s van/cover if the driver is off
- Transferring donated goods between shops over weekends
- House Collections
- Loading and unloading items.
- Providing great customer service
- Gift Aid Support (Training is provided)
- Built and maintain great communication with the shop's team
**What skills and qualities are we looking for?**
- A reasonable level of physical fitness
- A valid clean full UK driving license and a minimum of one-year driving experience
- Teamwork and customer service skills
- Time management
- When do we need a volunteer and for how long?
Volunteering with our Retail team is possible between Monday-Saturdays, 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm. We require a volunteer over the weekend and we expect you to volunteer twice a week for 6 months
