About the company**
Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a global tech company whose products. They are a member of the Big Five American information technology companies. As part of the People Team, you will support employees in EMEA countries.
**About the new job role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic and high performing team within a globally recognised brand. Your duties will include:
- Be a primary point of contact for all employee and manager enquiries in relation to benefits, employee data, pay and annual leave
- You will use the case management system to log and progress enquiries
- Developing strong internal relationships across HR and internal partners
- Analysing trends and reporting results, bringing findings and insights to the team
**Skills/experience required**
You will be a native Italian speaker with experience of working within the Italian market and possess the following:
- HR generalist experience
- Experience of working in a customer contact environment would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with HR systems
This is a temporary role based in Central London (Close to Oxford Circus) for 12 months with the potential to become permanent. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.
