**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

This is a varied and engaging opportunity to join the HR team at a globally renowned research organisation as a key team member working closely with the senior management team to coordinate their recruitment process within their UK offices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit an individual who is highly organised with a strong abilityto manage tasks of varying priorities to strict deadlines. If you are an experienced recruiter with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to diplomatically interact with colleagues at all levels, looking for an autonomous role that youcan make your own, this could be the role for you.

**Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities**

The role is extremely varied and will include but not be limited to:

- Using job boards, social media platforms and websites for recruitment
- Writing job descriptions and adverts, publishing online documents, and responding efficiently
- Coordinating interviews using manual diary booking system
- Maintaining Application Tracking System updating when appropriate in compliance with GDPR
- Working closely with HR team to ensure recruitment paperwork, including offer letters and contracts, are drafted and sent in a timely manner
- Coordinating any administration relating to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Developing talent acquisition initiatives, streamlining processes and proactively engaging with best practices

**Talent Acquisition Coordinator Experience Essentials**

Our client is looking to recruit a professional, confident and reliable individual with a proven track record within recruitment whether agency or in-house. A strong HR administrator with exposure to the recruitment process and a grounded understanding ofthe 360 recruitment cycle would also be considered.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, be a confident communicator and enjoy a busy and varied work pace.

**Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location**

This role is based in Oxford, OX1 and is hybrid - ideally 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Full-Time. Monday to Friday flexible working hours considered between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
