**Finance Director - Poole - £100,000 to £130,000**

**YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PROPERTY/CONSTRUCTION SECTOR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.**

This opportunity is with a truly visionary, independent property developer on the South Coast, these guys are on a rocket ship in terms of growth and have won numerous awards at the International Property Awards.

They are currently in the process of redeveloping some of the most iconic buildings on the South Coast, plus many more exciting developments including residential developments, mixed use commercial and residential units, one off bespoke builds with askingprices in the millions.

The role is pivotal. You will work closely with the Chief Exec to define strategic vision and direction and manage income and value drivers.

Your input as a member of the senior management team will be to keep firm control of cash, finances and reporting during a period of rapid growth. You will demonstrate commercial acumen and drive change whilst providing any required alternative financingsolutions to support aggressive business expansion.

As the FD, your accounting and management skills and your experience of producing actionable information from a variety of sources will be crucial.

**You will**:

- Be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
- Worked in an high growth organisation
- Have worked in a senior financial role (FD or senior Financial Controller) requiring hands-on involvement
- Have worked with SMEs in the senior management team or an autonomous division of a larger company

**You can expect to be doing the following**:

- Take the lead in the development of annual budgets, forecasts & financial planning
- Looking at Commercial & Operational support and challenge to drive performance improvements
- Board reporting with strategic insight
- Review and improve processes and procedures
- Provide analysis and insight into the performance of the business & be constantly assessing risk and reward

**Compensation**:
