**D365 (F&O) Specialist**
Our client is seeking an experienced user of Microsoft Dynamic D365 F&O (Finance and Operations).
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- First line functional support to all users, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Manage and resolve support issues working with the Business Systems & IT Manager to prioritise tickets
- Investigation, reproduction and resolution of reported issues
- Provide technical expertise and support to end users that are on site or working remotely
- Be able to clearly communicate and transfer information between different stakeholders
- Working with your colleagues to improve knowledge and documentation resources
- Involvement in key IT projects across the business
- Educating users on the best possible use of technology and systems
- Creating and maintaining information and documentation
- Attending and contributing to regular IT meetings
- Any other duties that may be reasonably required
- Experience in and IT support role using D365 F&O **OR experience as a user of D365 F&O**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident user of Office 365 and Window 10
- Exposure to Azure, Bottomline Transform, Synertek Prism, iinsight Atlas is desirable, but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willing to develop IT skills and understanding of D365 (F&O)
- Team player who can also work independently
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Swindon, SN3 4BZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- D365: 3 years (required)

- English (required)
