**Teaching Assistant - SEMH Specialist School - Woking**:
**Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm**

We are a specialist school in Woking for pupils aged 11-17, and we’re looking for a committed and experienced **Teaching Assistant**to join our team full-time.

- Proven experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
- Confidence supporting learning in and out of the classroom
- A team player who’s proactive and adaptable
**Your Role Will Include**:
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with the wider team to support emotional regulation and social development
