MDA Space is seeking a Recruiter **(12-month contract)** to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team ideally based at our **Harwell Campus** **(Didcot)** office. This role could also be worked from our Stevenage office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Participate in strategic Human Resources activities as directed

**Requirements (experience/skills)**:

- Related post-secondary education and 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Strong written and verbal skills in both French and English
- Technical recruiting experience in the computer and engineering related field and experience networking in the technology industry
- Communicative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and hiring teams through the hiring process
- Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process
- Self-directed, persistent and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and follow through is important
- Proactive, results-oriented, good business sense and strong organizational skills
- This role is based in our Harwell location. We have a hybrid work from home model where employees work from home up to 2 days per week and work in the office the remainder of the workweek.
- Ability to speak Hebrew is an asset.
