We have an open vacancy for a Pick and Pack/Goods In Operative for

37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri 7am-3.00pm (30 minute unpaid break)

Achievable weekly bonus for TEAM Achievement

The operative must be have the abilities to work alone as well as times with other team members to maintain an organised warehouse and safe working environment.

The role would suit an individual who is highly organised, self motivated and someone who is able undertake and complete tasks alone at times.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards up to 25kg in weight
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as and when required.
- Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and shipments and maintain a organised warehouse/pick pack environment.
- Able to work under pressure efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
- Load and unload goods from collection and delivery vehicles whilst ensuring safe handling practices.
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the packing and warehouse area.

**Experience**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction accurately.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently alone or equally within in a team
- Previous experience in a fast paced pick/pack environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts and pump trucks, is advantageous.
