About You:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support to ensure any issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Joining the Service Desk Team, you will provide technical support and beresponsible for processing new starters, internal movers and leavers as well as supporting end users both in person and remotely. Communication is key to the IT Service Engineer Role, as an Engineer you will communicate with colleagues at all levels throughoutthe business.

You will take responsibility and ownership of customer incidents and requests, keeping tickets updated in line with SLA and quality standards while working as part of the Service Operations Team. This role may require an element of travelling to help deal withpotential issues located at other sites.

Within this role, you will:

- Have experience of working with mobile devices
- Knowledge of SCCM and use of in a Desktop environment
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident, Request & Problem)
- Excellent knowledge of video conferencing systems inc Microsoft Teams
- Excellent knowledge of Exchange
- Have a knowledge of Apple devices (iPad and iPhones)
- Be able to dismantle and rebuild a desktop and laptop
- Good knowledge and previous experience of CRM systems
- Experience of remote worker support
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows 10 and Office365
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
- Identify potential changes and system improvements and drive continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- A commitment to ongoing training
- Works well as part of a team but also excellent at using own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
