Learning Support Assistant

**Working pattern**: Term time only & Inset days (39 weeks)
**Hours**: 27 hours per week, 8.30am to 3pm Monday Friday
**Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata)**: £14,708 per annum
- Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments_

The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated **Learning Support Assistant** to join our team.

This opportunity will suit you if have:

- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work in a discreet and sensitive manner
- Experience of working within a school environment or with young people (desirable but not essential)
