If you are you looking for a new challenge, then the East Locality Social Work Team is for you We are seeking to appoint a social care worker with experience of adult social care.

The role will involve, assessing individuals both service users and carers who live in East Middlesbrough. Completing comprehensive Care Needs assessments and support plans, implementing services for those who are vulnerable and are experiencing trauma.
