We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team.

**What you'll be doing...**

Reporting directly into the Pricing Manager, you will work collaboratively and cross functionally to produce analysis, cost and pricing services

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Assessment and Placement Managers in generating prices for new referrals and transfers.
- Support operations managers and service managers to calculate prices for changes to service levels
- To complete fee breakdown forms and support the pricing manager with fee uplifts and fee defence
- Work on proactive fee review

**Experience required**
- Experience in pricing and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience in Social Care finance (desirable)

**Key Competencies**
- Degree level qualification or equivalent or qualified through experience.
- Excellent and confident communication skills both written & verbal
- Logical thinker
- Ability to develop and maintain effective networks, relationships and partnerships both internal and external
- Strong ability to analyse problems with a clear vision to develop structured solutions
