We are looking for a
_Web Chat Advisor_ to join our fantastic team here at Happy Beds on a full time, permanent basis. With a immediate start date

As a Webchat Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer service experience through social media, live chat and guest feedback communication. Always aiming to provide a first-time resolution ensuring professional responses and feeding back to the business.

**For many this journey will start with you, so we are looking for people who have**:

- Knowledge of social media, live chat and feedback platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to take ownership to solve the guest’s enquiry
- Can affect NPS (Net promoter score) and brand reputation
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Previous experience in customer care
- Excellent communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to our guest through various platforms such as live chat, social media and guest feedback channels
- Utilise available resources to respond to customer inquiries and recommend update changes to internal and external FAQs
- Support the customer service team with social media reviews and feedback queries, providing resolution for the customer
- Report to line manager any common issues being experienced by customers so that we can affect positive guest experience
- A self-driven approach to problem solving, striving for a first-time resolution within the business objectives and guidelines

**Fantastic working hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (No evenings - giving you the great work/life balance) with one Saturday (9-4pm) per month on a rota system - flexibility required.
