Mobile Response Officer (Day Shift Position)

Working an average of 42 hours per week including weekends with overtime available

We are looking for a dynamic, client facing Mobile Response Officer to join our Cardiff office. As a key member of our Security Team, you will play an integral part of our continuing growth, from meeting clients and surveying new sites to attending Alarm Activation's or conducting Void Property Inspections, no two days are the same. Experience is not essential as full training is provided and our 24hr Control Team is always on-hand to support. We are the fastest growing security company in South Wales, who are looking to build a strong team to progress with the company.

**Your duties will include **(but not limited to)**:

- Carry out lock & unlocks
- Respond to alarm activation's
- Carry out internal and external patrols
- Carry out void property inspections
- To liaise with emergency services giving assistance and information
- Car park security
- To keep a comprehensive log of all planned and ad-hoc activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe keeping of clients’ keys & information
- Drive company vehicle safely and in accordance with road traffic regulations
- Responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the patrol vehicle while on duty

- Must hold a SIA Frontline Licence.
- Must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Have excellent communication skills to a high level in English both written and spoken
- Have unrestricted right to work full time in the UK
- Adhere to BS7858 vetting and screening (minimum 5 years checkable history)
- Have a good geographical knowledge of the local area
- Be local, or within short distance of Cardiff
- Be reliable, presentable, punctual and flexible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.40 per hour
