**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**CCL Solutions (Carveti Consulting Limited)**
**ROLE TITLE Business Administrator (part-time or full-time)**
**LOCATION **Office base in Hackthorpe, Cumbria
**ROLE AND **RESPONSIBILITIES**Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist in providing an efficient and competent level of business and financial administration to the company and support the management team in delivering the company objectives. Responsibilities will include all tasks required within:
**Business Administration**:
- Maintain the company’s document management system, ensuring all files are stored in accordance with agreed procedures.
- General administrative tasks, including arranging meetings, filing, processing incoming post, monitoring and ordering of office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the company’s staff and consultants where required.
- Maintain, monitor and run monthly reports from the company’s online timesheets system, to provide the data required for issuing invoices to clients.
**Financial Administration**:
- Responsibility to maintain the records of all company Income and Expenditure
(Excel).
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly management reports relating to the company’s operational and financial performance.
- Review, collate and submit authorised invoices for payment fortnightly.
- Prepare monthly invoices to clients from the company’s timesheets, purchase orders and fee schedules.
- Financial reconciliations
Tasks outside your main job remit may be allocated on occasion according to business needs and to assist the Office Manager’s responsibilities.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS **AND SKILLS**
GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at minimum Grade C/Grade 4.
- The ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of people and situations is essential
- Effective time management skills to plan and manage your own workload in accordance with Company routines
**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant business qualification
- Experience of maintaining and understanding company financial records.
- Experience of providing administrative support to a company/team.
**REMUNERATION**
- Hours and days of work are negotiable, depending on your circumstances - a minimum of 15 hours per week are required
- Discretionary 10% annual bonus
- 33 days of annual leave p.a. (including UK statutory bank holidays;) rising every 2 years to a maximum of 36 days p.a. (pro-rata for part-time workers)
