**About Us**:
British Flower Pots is the UK’s largest producer of handcrafted ceramic flower pots. Our commitment to craftsmanship and quality has made us a leader in the industry. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Production Operatives, contributing to the creation of our beautiful, handmade products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate and maintain machinery involved in the production of ceramic flower pots.
- Handle and transport raw materials and finished products (including heavy lifting).
- Assist in the shaping, trimming, and finishing of ceramic pots throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor the production line to ensure consistent workflow and product quality.
- Perform quality control checks at various stages of production.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate different machinery.
