**About Our Client**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a 1 year FTC. You will provide support to the UK sales team and ensure all customer calls and enquiries are answered as efficiently as possible. Our client is a large manufacturer in the Warrington area.

- Handle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints, recording issues and the resolution
- Evaluate and deal with calls within own knowledge and re-direct others as appropriate e.g., technical support and the sales team
- Build strong internal relationships with key accounts and sales team to ensure best possible service provided
- Create/maintain customer accounts
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and partners
- Support customer service colleagues with other duties as and when required during annual leave
- Be motivated to exceed the expectations of the customer and ensure the best standards are always achieved.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 2+ year consistent Customer Service
- Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints
- Confident and effective communicator, ability to handle escalated calls, complaints, and queries as necessary, dealing with customers/stakeholders in a sensitive and diplomatic manner
- Highly organised when planning, seeing tasks through to completion
- Language desirable (french, italian)
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
