Resourcing Recruitment Lead - ICS

An exciting 12 month’s opportunity has risen in Integrated Clinical Services Division as a Band 6 Resourcing Lead.

The primary purpose of this post is to fully understand the priorities within the Division and associated workforce resourcing needs to enable the post holder to work as a strategic partner in the recruitment of vacancies across the Division.

The post holder will be responsible for full cycle of recruitment and employment branding and be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on vacancies to ensure that all necessary actions are taken to fill vacancies.

The post holder will be responsible for full cycle of recruitment and employment branding. They will have a have a sharp eye for identifying talented people and a commitment to help them find success within the Division.

To liaise closely with services leads and be responsible for the development and implementation of a recruitment and retention strategy that enables the trust to compete successfully for shortage occupations.

The post holder will work closely with the HR Business Partner to establish workforce plans and support the services by leading on resourcing strategies to meet the current and projected demands.

The post holder will ensure that robust and innovative planning activities are delivered in response to the overall philosophy and strategy with particular focus on safer staffing.

To provide advice and guidance on recruitment and retention issues and the management of resulting actions.

Work closely and pro-actively to ensure a workforce of the right calibre and skills are available and able to provide quality care to patients.
