We are looking for an experienced and talented Mixologist join our fantastic venue.

**Salary £11.64 per hour**

Our Mixologist is part of the bar team and work alongside the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager to ensure the smooth running of the bar and maintain the high standards that have become expected from our guests.

The role ensures operational excellence within our teams and is a vital role in developing the next bar tenders, working with budgets and forecasts, health and safety and compliance along with working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to help strategically build on the current success of the business.

You are already experienced in a bar supervisor role and are looking for a challenge. You share our values and have genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

We want someone who understands what great customer service is and who leads, motivates and engages their team to exceed guest expectations time after time. You will already understand the importance of guest feedback, team communication and development, and will be happy to work with sales targets & budgets to drive the business forward.

- you know how to maximise commercial opportunities and you support the Managers in controlling the business, ensuring it is profitable at all times
- you're confident in command when required but can also support your managers, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our guests
- you ensure excellent service quality for drinks, while ensuring safety and hygiene and allergen practices are followed at all times
- you recognise succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline, so you're always on the lookout for talent, planning and recruiting in advance
- in the absence of the Management you lead the bar as if it were your own.

The mixologist must have experience at a supervisory level. With a good understanding of running all aspects of a bar.

Permanent Position with Immediate Start

Pay: Up to £11.64 per hour
