As part of our dynamic Marketing Team, you will play a key role in communicating our mission and engaging with our diverse audiences.

**About the Role**We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, you will support the development of impactful visual content across multiple channels, helping to bring our brand to life and deliver on key projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Outputs**: Assist in producing high-quality marketing materials, including posters, brochures, animal signage, digital assets, and event collateral.
- **Education Support**: Create engaging visuals to support our formal education programs.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate on photography, video production, and animation projects to expand our content library.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintaining the design asset library, coordinate and placing orders with suppliers.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design outputs align with Twycross Zoo’s brand guidelines and core values.
- **External Comms**: Support the development of press materials, such as animal fact files and conference assets for team members.
- **Internal Design**: Create visuals for internal events and initiatives, such as event posters, certificates, and awards.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate desirable to produce high-quality graphics).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Canva or other template-based design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for developing engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital design principles and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is essential.
- A passion for wildlife conservation and a desire to support the zoo's mission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
