**Planner**

**The role**
- Drafting programmes for tender submissions
- Coordinating with project management team
- Planning and programming works for contracts
- Liaise with different departments within the business
- Dealing with any issues that may arise and amend planning if necessary
- Preparing and presenting information to management
- Coordinating with project team to accelerate tasks and resolve issues
- Reviewing contracts and plan what materials, parts and labour will be required for projects
- Providing support and advice to site and delivery teams.
- Attend weekly and monthly project meetings and update project plan accordingly

**Essential Criteria**
- Good understanding of the construction industry
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of working in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
