We are on the lookout for a Telesales Agent to work at our market leading client's business based in Bristol, to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis. This position will involve contacting clients who have registered their interestonline and booking in appointments for the salesforce team to conduct a home visit. You will be rewarded with a bonus for all appointments booked and sat.
Telesales Agent Responsibilities:
- Following up Clients who have registered their interest
- Achieve KPI's for the department and individually
- To make outbound calls as instructed by the Telesales Management team
- Following correct scripts at all times
- Ensuring accurate Data Entry
Telesales Agent Skills:
- Outbound Experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self motivated
- Great telephone manner
- Highly organised
Telesales Agent Hours/Benefits:
- £9.80 per hour basic
- £1.50 bonus on top per appointment booked, £3.50 per hour per appointment sat
- 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday
- Temp to Perm opportunity
