Job title: Major Works Sales and Projects Administrator
At Elserv we proudly deliver the highest standards of service to our valued clients. Our services include the provision of lift maintenance, call out reactance, repair, refurbishment, and installation of new lifts.

**The Role**: As a Major Works Sales and Project Administrator, you will be working within the major works team delivering both new lift and modernisation projects. You will be responsible for the administration of projects from initial enquiry through to project completion and handover to our clients and service team. You will need excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with our customers to ensure that sales enquiries are addressed in a timely manner and project administration is undertaken efficiently in line with our integrated management system. It is important that you are highly organised with the ability to learn while on the job, as you will be administering technical information, therefore attention to detail is key.
To be considered for the role of Sales and projects administrator, you will possess the following skills and experience.
- Highly organised approach to managing tasks and workload.
- Competent Administrator
- Excellent communication skills, that generate confidence with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Confident in general liaison with customers via telephone and electronic communications.
- Capable of keeping accurate records, working within our integrated management system procedures.

**The qualifications and experience**:
Administration experience in a similar role would be advantageous - Full Training will be provided.

Based within a commutable distance of our offices in Clevedon, North Somerset
The package:
23-26K dependent on relevant experience
40 Hours per week Monday-Friday
25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and pension contributions apply.
Hours: 40 hours per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
