The HireWorks have an opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join one of Cambridge's most exciting tech companies.

In this role you will be working at the cutting edge of science and technology. You will provide hands-on technical support to a range of experts from research scientists to electronics engineers and product designers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable person with good initiative and practical skills.

You will also take responsibility for various lab support and maintenance tasks.

**Role Requirements**:

- Relevant technical qualifications and experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of electronic components and suppliers
- Knowledge of typical electronic test equipment and measurement techniques
- The ability to read electronic schematics and support circuit prototyping
- Excellent soldering and PCB rework skills
- Sufficient mechanical knowledge and experience to support the construction of prototype product hardware and new experimental setups
- Good computer literacy, including familiarity with typical Office suites and ability to execute test commands and programs, and review test results
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliable, good initiative and a positive mindset
- Enthusiasm to get things done and deliver high quality work outputs in a timely manner with limited supervision.
