Pertemps Wiltshire is looking for an HR Advisor on permanent basis for our Food Production Client in Corsham.
Permanent 40 hours/ week role - reporting to HR Manager.
Salary up to £33k.
32 days holidays, including Bank Holidays.
Onsite parking, staff shop and subsidised canteen.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all the departments have adequate headcount - keeping on top of on ongoing recruitment needs.
Actively and confidentially support site management with change management initiatives.
Advise and support the Site Management team in the delivery of all aspects of Company initiatives including Employee Reward Recognition.
Advise and support on all aspects relating disciplinary, employment law, grievance, performance management, Company standards legislation.
Update and maintain the systems used for attendance, KPI reports and WTR Compliance. Ensure HR and L&D documentation is compliant.
Actively engage with Employees and local community to promote the Brand.
Skills and Experience:
HR Advisor Experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong administration skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel and competent user of HR systems.
Excellent time management skills and an ability to work autonomously or as a part of a team.
CIPD qualified or studying towards.
