Ward Security is looking for a pleasant Front Desk Officer, to undertake all receptionist duties at our client’s premises at 42 Trinity Square situated next to Tower Hill underground station and moments from Fenchurch Street station.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

**Position**: FOH Security Officer

**Pay rate**: £13.00 per hour

**Shift Pattern**: Mon
- Fri 08:00 to 1700hrs

**Location**: 42 Trinity Square, London, EC3N 4TH

**Must have**:

- Valid SIA licence
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of House Officer or similar role (min 1year)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Duties**:

- Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.
- Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Respond to emergencies
- Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
- Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
- Carry out ID checks
- Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
- Work on own initiative
- Ensures that the reception area, foyer, staff area, and board room are kept clean by supervising cleaning staff members.
