**We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Cleaner/ Area Supervisor to cover the Lancaster/ Cumbria Area, LA13EF.**

**Shift Hours**: Monday - Friday, must be flexible to work between 4AM and 2PM. 40 hours per week. Also to include the occasional Saturdays

**_Pay rate: _**_£10 per hour_

- Enhanced DBS Check will be required of which the cost will be met by the employer.
- Responsible for supporting the clean teams on various sites by way of covering sickness, holidays.
- Have the ability to check and audit the cleaning under the instruction of the Area Manager.
- Knowledge and use of high-speed buffing machines, carpet machines and scrubber dryers.
- Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements.
- Undertake any other duties requested by the Area Manager.
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and able to motivate staff
- Possess good organisational skills
- Personal presentation to a high standard at all times
