**Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller looking for a new challenge? **What will you be doing as a Finance Business Partner**:
Working at the heart of the function, you will gain a full understanding of the organisation and to deliver the key decision makers with the financial information to make informed decisions. This is an interesting, varied and challenging role that will involveproviding the operational teams in the business with a high standard of financial support. Duties will include:

- Providing support to the Operations Directors and BUDs to manage their parts of the business, identifying opportunities, and providing challenge, to enhance each teams gross margin
- Assisting the operational teams in bids and tenders, including support to propose pricing and provision of challenge in pricing discussions to ensure the required gross margin in maintained
- Producing monthly financial reporting in accordance with SLAs for both the Keoghs Exec and Davies Head Office
- Providing regular forecasts and annual budgets of Operational performance
- Assisting the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in any ad hoc projects

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in a similar Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller role with working closely in partnership with other, non-finance areas of the business
- Experience of owning pricing and tenders across multiple products and communicating pricing up to CEO level
- Proven track record of business partnering with the ability to communicate to non-financial colleagues
- Planning and executing operational and sales budgets
- A strong academic background with a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent skills in Excel
- Experience of data manipulation with Power BI or Excel
