Our team works to bring the most exciting and innovative features Sky has to offer to customers With the touch of a button on Sky Q or a simple “Hello Sky” on Sky Glass, Voice Search & Control allows customers to easily find their favourites as well as control their TV. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Product Lead to help us build and improve on Voice even further and continue to delight with ambitious new capabilities. **What you’ll do**:

- Own and lead the product vision & roadmap, both across near-field and far-field voice to meet target and key results while continuously seeking out fresh opportunities for new and improved customer offerings
- Embrace and understand the voice product fully end-to-end and drive it forward by taking the lead on key initiatives and workstreams.
- Take ownership and accountability of large complex features and take from discovery through to delivery and beyond,
- Produce and use product and customer experience insights to frame and challenge hypotheses and ideas. You’ll make data-led decisions and empowered prioritisations calls while always keeping the customer experience front of mind
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the Voice group as well as Delivery, Architecture, UX, Design and Development teams globally to manage the product life cycle and bring ideas to life
- Understand the competitive Voice market, stay on top of trends and regularly weave this knowledge into day-to-day work

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the voice search and/or media space
- An established background in leading large-scale projects across markets, multiple technical platforms, or a range of systems.
- Expertise of working with large amounts of data and be confident self-serving on analytical tools
- A passion for high quality customer experiences and a genuine desire to convert complex problems into simple solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues and partners at all levels and across multiple business areas to drive collaboration and alignment.
