**Position**: Front of House Staff

**Location**:Rathfinny Wine Estate, Alfriston, East Sussex

**The Role**

All job roles require staff to work across day time and evening shifts, as well as week days and weekends. **RESPONSIBILTYS**
- Greeting customers, taking their orders, serving their food and drinks in a timely and efficient way; answering any queries they may have.
- Conferring with the assistant managers to understand the food we offer, able to answer queries from customers on ingredients. You should particularly be able to respond to customers’ queries on any items to which they may be allergic e.g. gluten, dairy.
- Being an ambassador for the Rathfinny; talking to guests about our sparkling wines, answering queries on our history and our upcoming events.
- Working to Food Hygiene and appropriate Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Providing waiting/serving support for both restaurants and events at Rathfinny throughout the year.
- Any other duties as required.
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to all our guests that visit Rathfinny.
- Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Must be available to work weekends evenings and bank holidays. Sunday daytime shifts will be essential.

NOTE: You will need to live locally Good timekeeping is essential so you will need to think out your transport options.

We are open from Wednesday to Sunday across the estate.

Front of house experience with in quality establishments preferable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
