**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to load and unload goods safely.
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organise stock within the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly for easy access.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment.
- Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong skills in picking and packing processes.
- Ability to load and unload goods efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Experience with heavy lifting and materials handling techniques.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£13.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
