**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team here at Highcroft Veterinary Group**

This is a permanent position, working pattern is below:

- Monday 8:30am-2pm
- Tuesday 1:00pm-6:30pm
- Wednesday 8:30am-6:30pm
- Thursday 8:30am-6:30pm
- Friday 8:30am-6:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am-1pm

As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within a team, sometimes under high pressure. You will be joining a friendly customer focused team, where support from your peers is always on hand.

Previous veterinary receptionist experience would be preferable but not essential.

Main duties would include:

- Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing prescription requests
- Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries
- Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable
- Cleaning duties are involved

The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
