Delivering best-in-class outcomes during complex and innovative consulting engagements for clients across the UK Utilities sector, leveraging the range of BearingPoint methodologies and service offerings
- Building a leading Utilities practice, developing new methodologies, service propositions, technology partnerships, the capability of our team, client relationships, and major opportunities

Day-to-Day*

*
Analysis of an organisations current state highlighting opportunities for improvement in areas such as digitisation, process improvement, automation, simplification and behavioural change
- PMO, change management and client advisory to develop appropriate interventions and solutions across process enhancement, target operating model design and implementation, and beyond
- Designing, planning, and delivering organisation redesign and transformation projects.
- Designing practical and implementable CX plans tailored to achieve each client’s vision for their organisation.
- Mapping the service experiences of users and helping to transform how clients could change what and how they deliver.
- Utilising innovative approaches and methods to develop a service design to transform employee experience to improve the customer experience
- Working collaboratively with team members on client and internal projects.
- Developing and delivering high quality outputs which drive client satisfaction and deliver against programme needs.
- Monitoring and adapting to emerging trends, policies, and leading practices in Utilities, CX, and Technology.
- Supporting the development of our Utilities knowledge base and methodologies in service design and development practices aligned to leading and emerging thinking.
- Supporting the development of new client relationships including supporting marketing and business development activities.

Requirements*

Strong knowledge and experience of digital transformation, operational strategy, process excellence, and design projects
- Previous consulting experience, ideally in a top tier management consulting organisation, or significant transformation experience from within a Utilities company
- Ability to shape new offerings, building on to the current BearingPoint services
- Demonstrate a high-level of understanding of how and where transformational thinking can create business change and competitive advantage
- Develops good relationships with senior business leaders based on trust and respect
- Ability to think in a logical and structured way
- A demonstrable passion for transformation and digital
- A creative approach to problem solving and be intellectually curious
- Strong communication skills, excellent business writing skills and confidence presenting, who can make client deliverables and sales material tell a story
- Competent project management skills, following business processes
- Be open minded, assertive, cooperative, strong sense of team, vision driven.
- Strong commercial acumen within the field of management consulting or Utilities, who wants to be part of making out team a commercial powerhouse
