**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring that our culinary team can focus on delivering exceptional dishes. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the culinary arts and a desire to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. THIS JOB IS TEMPORARY, IT IS FROM THE 17 DECEMBER TO THE 31 DECEMBER 2024 (INCLUDED) AND FROM THE 9 JANUARY TO THE 19 JANUARY 2024, IN TOTAL AROUND 4 WEEKS.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of food items under the guidance of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are kept tidy and organised at all times.
- Help with stock rotation and storage of food items to prevent waste.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
- Dispose of waste correctly and maintain recycling practices.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
