**Job purpose**

Working as the representative of various large social housing landlords, carrying out regular (monthly/weekly) non-technical fire safety system inspections of multi dwelling properties. The goal is to ensure that all systems in residential properties are functional and sufficient for the type of property being inspected.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To regularly inspect all buildings, undertaking fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire door and general premises checks.
- Be able to identify all important fire safety aspects of this role
- Be able to use the in house CRM to complete all jobs through the company PDA
- Make sure all work is up to date and recorded accordingly
- Working on own ensuring 100% completion on a daily basis
- Be able to Identify any issues on site and follow the correct reporting procedure

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in fire safety would be an advantage
- Previous experience using CRM systems, specifically CASH for windows

**Other Information**

This is an initial 6month fixed term contract in the Surrey area.

The rate of pay we are offering is between Real Living Wage of £12.50 - £15 per hour, depending on skills and experience, based on a 40-hour week.

You will be provided a vehicle, if applicable and a company mobile phone.
