Cooler Sense is a thriving family run business based in Needham Market supplying and maintain Drinking Water Coolers, Drinking Water Boilers and Coffee Machines to businesses Nationwide.

We are currently seeking a good ‘all-rounder’ primarily for admin support but also to be able to lend a helping hand with most tasks in the business supporting Operations, Finance and Sales in their everyday tasks. This is a full-time position working 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

You will need to be confident making calls (not sales calls) and receiving calls and have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and will have a keen sense of attention to detail.

The job will involve but is not limited to:
Taking calls, and if necessary, messages and passing them on to the relevant team member.

Supporting operations in placing orders with suppliers and helping to prepare & process the engineers work.

Supporting sales and operations with electronic and manual filing.

Data entry in to excel - recording information centrally (for Operations, Finance and Sales).

Producing packaging labels for parcels to be despatched on couriers.

As a small but efficient team, you need to be confident and have a positive attitude to helping, wherever it is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
