Harrowells is a Legal 500 regional law firm with offices in York and across North Yorkshire with a strongfocus on delivering expert legal advice in a practical way to our clients.We are looking for an experienced fee earner to join our Commercial Propertyteam at our Thirsk and Clifton Moor offices.

As a Commercial PropertySolicitor you will advise on a range of matters including Landlord and Tenant work, Freeholds, acquisitions, retail and development and agricultural land transactions.
- At least 6 years PQE in Commercial Property work
- A positive and commercial approach to delivering legal advice
- A proven track record of meeting financial targets
- Excellent clientcare skills
- CQS accreditation is preferred but not essential

The role will involve business development and marketing, representing both the department and the firm, so the drive, ability and personality to make a success of this is key.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and experienced Commercial Property team player to join Harrowells and progress their legal expertise
