**Job summary**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a maintenance assistant to join our friendly team. Working as part of the operational team you will ensure general maintenance and repairs are carried out as efficiently as possible and in a timely manner and wherever possible carry out routine maintenance to ensure the longevity of all areas of the accommodation and other areas of the park.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance assistant with a friendly outgoing personality who has a genuine passion for the delivery of excellent customer service. You will be able to remain calm and work well under pressure and be confident to handle guest queries and work to resolve issues.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- General maintenance, repairs and handy-work.
- Ensuring all external areas, such as car parks, pathways and roads are kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
- Assist management in the planning and implementation of repair and maintenance programmes.
- Operating machinery, i.e.:

- strimmers and mowers.
- Undertake water quality tests and record findings.
- Assist with the installation of hot tubs including pumps, filters, heat pumps and dosing units in line with manufacturer’s specifications.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- General maintenance experience essential.
- Keen eye for quality and standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good communicator at all levels.

Maintenance Supervisor

**Benefits, Salary and Hours of Work**
- 40hours per week - at £23,500 per annum. You will be contracted to work on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our park is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
