We are looking for CNC milling machinists with programming experience to work on a range of both small 1mtr and large 4mtr multi axis machines.
- With at least 5 years’ experience.
- Have experience setting and operating vertical machining centres
- The ability to read drawings is essential
- Must be able to write and edit programmes
- Programme languages used are Haas, Fanuc & Heidenhain, must be experienced in at least one of these systems
- Tool or mould makers that have experience in operating vertical CNC machining centres would also be considered
- Understand G codes
- Understand M codes
- Use measuring equipment, micrometers, dial test indicators, verniers
- A good knowledge of tooling, Indexable face and end mils, carbide tooling, HSS tooling is required.

the role will also be operating on 3 shift system as follows:
EARLY SHIFT

Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

LATE SHIFT

Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

NIGHT SHIFT

Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From £16.25 per hour

Additional pay:
