**Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Practice Administrator to join our busy Reception and Secretarial team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive practice that delivers a wide range of primary care services, including Minor Surgery under Local Enhanced Services and Any Qualified Provider Contracts.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and other software for daily operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health regulations.
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven office experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with phone etiquette and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
