Kinetic are recruiting for a long-term Packer based in Tameside. You must have FLT Counterbalance and Reach license's in order to be successful with this Picker Packer Position.

This is a global company who have been established for over 100 years and continue to thrive. Due to continual increases in orders, they require a Picker / Packer with Counterbalance and Reach Licence.

As the day shift Order Picker with Reach and Counterbalance, you will be task with:

- Working in a busy warehouse and production environment
- Picking items from the racking
- Re-packaging items and preparing for dispatch
- Order picking various items from around the warehouse
- Using the Reach and Counterbalance to move product around the warehouse and production areas

In order to be successful as the Order Picker with Reach and Counter balance, you must have:

- A technical aptitude and be able to work to instructions
- Counterbalance license (valid and in-date)
- Reach license Counterbalance license (valid and in-date)
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working in similar environment
- Fine with not being on the trucks all shift - you would be packing pallets and then putting in the racks with the reach - hence why both are required.
