**Shifts / Hours**:Day shift 06:45am till 18:15pm Shifts 4 in and 3 off Sunday to Wednesday / Wednesday to Saturday / and varied shifts available

Our client is an international distributor of flowers for home deliveries and stores. Our client is a well-established, growing company with many opportunities at the site based in the Weston area. Shifts are 06:45am till finish (up to 12 hours). Possible 4 on 3 off and varied shifts available.

**Salary Breakdown**:

- £9.50 per hour on all hours
- Past Probation (12 weeks) Over 46 hours weekly Tx1/4 = £11.88 per hour

**Christmas Peak Salary Breakdown**:

- £10.50 per hour on all hours
- Past Probation (12 weeks) Over 46 hours weekly Tx1/4 = £11.88 per hour

**Day to day of the role**:

- Packing, checking & labelling flowers
- General Upkeep of your area
- Be actively aware and understand the Health and Safety
- Working towards daily productivity targets

**Required skills**:

- Standing or walking for long periods (depending on shifts)
- Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, crouching and/or stretching
- Pushing and pulling up to 15kg in weight / Lifting and moving products up to 15kg
- Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
- Experience working in a production environment preferred but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- **Own transport or own way of getting to site location is preferred (transport may be provided)**
